A wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

Liked: I rarely write reviews but my daughters (6 and 22) and I absolutely loved this hotel! The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool area is clean, friendly and relaxing, with set children’s times. But what made our stay truly memorable was the AMAZING level of friendly, personalised service we received. Not only did we find a little welcome gift in our room upon arrival, Tiana (?) at reception let us check in early and gave us a free room upgrade and Bruno, the restaurant manager, went over and beyond to cater for one of our friend‘s allergies… A wonderful experience overall and we would definitely go back!
Disliked: We moved to this hotel from a „hipster“ hotel down the road and were worried that it might feel too „corporate“ - but our fears were unfounded.

Disliked: Only fault we had was that our room was not cleaned on Sunday. We did call and housekeeping brought us clean towels etc.

Great hotel to stay at...

Liked: Perfect location near Old Street Station, friendly staff, nice spa experience, a shower you never want to get out of. Great value for money for this level of hotel in London.
Disliked: When we arrived, we accidentally clicked on a button that caused horrendous noise in the room, but reception sent someone to fix this at no time, so we actually can't complain.
