Liked: Lovely location, great staff, good food, bedrooms clean, well decorated and comfortable.
Disliked: Last time we stayed the hotel had a small Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool, we did miss these features during this stay.

Disliked: We bought 2 double vodka and cokes and the bill was £31. In addition we really wanted to eat in the restaurant but it was a set menu priced at £55 each. In my opinion it wasn’t very diverse. I only fancied the soup for starter and then the steak for my mains but the steak was an additional £8 supplement. In a nutshell with the £8 supplement on top of the £55 menu price i didnt fancy paying £63 for soup and a steak. That said I didn’t want to leave the hotel and eat in Keswick but due to lack of options we had to which was a real shame as the hotel is a real gem

Liked: The drive up to the hall is in lovely grounds.The Hall is decorated beautifully and clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and attentive. The food was superb.
Disliked: The room was quite small but well furnished. the price for a night quite high we thought,but still couldn't fault our stay.
