Liked: Lovely roomLoved the history and decor.Quiet retreat
Disliked: The food wasn't good and there was a very long wait for it.tho it wasn't busy .Having 3 children the menu wasn't great and poor portions and not good food at all.Breakfast was very disappointing with unedable vegan bacon.looked like dog chews .also the sachets of milk in our room where 2 weeks out of date.

Nice and quiet but not...

Liked: The caravan was nice and clean. the area. The caravan park however is very nice and quiet and in a lovely countryside location with nice views. Lots of cos and sheep. They have a nice little park for kids to play in. There’s an Aldi about 8 minutes drive away.
Disliked: There weren’t any towels provided. Also, we requested a cot, but they didn’t give one. The kids room was quite small. There’s no WiFi and the area has quite a low network coverage! I could barely use my data. The nicer attractions are quite far away from the area. The road up to the caravan park is very tight and difficult if 2 cars are passing each other. The check out time is so early 10am!

This was very disappointing as...

Liked: It was a nice room.
Disliked: No bin in bathroom. Stain on bedsheets. Duvet on both beds too heavy for summer. Crumbs in drawer. Mark on basin in bathroom. The lights blew after we’d turned lights off!!

Disliked: Would’ve been better if the caravans had wifi

Liked: No water for over 24 hours when we arrived. Caravan was dirty. Found ear plugs and dirty socks covered in dust under the beds
