Liked: Where to start. The price was very very good, considering that for the same price I could have stayed in a bad one bedroom apartment in the same city. It was next to the Grand Park of Lyon...that made our trip amazing. It was a safe area in the business complex and easy to get there by bus from other parts of Lyon. Also very walkable from there to city centre in case you enjoy walking. The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, comfortable and taken care of and if I visit Lyon again I would stay there instead of searching around. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The staff at the reception were very bad and not trained well. They calculated the rooms cost twice without any question. It took me 2 hrs to resolve such problem which demonstrate that how lousy they are!!!!

Terrible experience... it does not...

Liked: Location is not bad, but it is not close to city center. There are stairs to get to the reception level.
Disliked: The hotel lacks basic maintainance... even with problems in the rooms and several complaints, nothing was done until my room was all flood with water coming from the bathroom. They changed to a worse room and did not even receive apologies for what happened. On the contrary, the receptionist was rude and laugh about it. I was over charged. They did not respect the price of Booking - be careful!
