Liked: Very friendly owner who really wants you to be happy and asks to be informed of issues.
Disliked: Whilst it was good value for money it really does require some updating. The room was adequate size and very warm, the shower and bathroom requires some attention but you have to accept that this is a £55 room and not a 4 Star hotel.

Liked: Got back today from a fabulous 2 night stay at the Lynnwood. I know Blackpool very well as I used to live there for years. The location was perfect for us, as we could walk to south or North shore from here. Arrived and was greeted by Simon (si)who was very friendly and easy to get along with, nice chap. He even booked us into the deluxe room at the front with a bay window and view of the sea
Disliked: We liked everything nothing to moan about at all

Couldn't spend a 3rd night...

Liked: Didn't have breakfast.

Liked: Friendliness of Simon the owner Hotel was very clean and tidy Room was great value for money and quite spacious Close to everything we needed in blackpool

Liked: It's in a good location for the beach
Disliked: It's outdated and we had room 9 which was at the front of the building. The noise from the road and the wind chimes from the b+b opposite kept us up all night! (No fault of the owener).
