Very good value for money....

Liked: Location was good, 5 min from pleasure beach and short walk to the piers. The staff member was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good too.

GOOD PLACE TO STAY WHEN...

Liked: The room was basic and wiring old fashioned. The host was very pleasant and breakfast superb
Disliked: The electrical system was difficult to follow!

Perfect overnight stay

Liked: Good breakfast, nice clean room. Good sized room. Very close to the pleasure beach. Host very friendly.

We will come back to...

Liked: Friendly owners. Great price. Basic but with some lovely additional extras.
Disliked: This is a basic budget hotel which is reflected in the price but it suited us perfectly and there were some great little extras which we did not expect. For example a kettle in the room with free tea and coffee.

Great location, great host, great...

Liked: The location is great, just outside the busyness of Blackpool so no noise but all within walking distance. The host was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was amazing! Great selection too! And the bedroom and the dining area were spotless! The place was so clean and tidy.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect!
