Liked: Room comfortable and clean , staff very pleasant and helpful
Disliked: Says on back of bedroom door breakfast is 9 till 10am , however it was 8 till 9am signs need updating

Liked: I liked Sam The Owner .Very nice Man .I liked The room . Extras like a fan .4 toilet tolls spare .Good T.V . 2 mins walk from Pleasure Beach . Value for money .

Excellent.

Liked: Sam was lovely and very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely fresh fruit, cereal, toast all available. Including a full English. Spot on Rooms were clean and smelt lovely. Bed was comfy. Probably the best nights sleep we have ever had in Blackpool as it was lovely and quiet. Great location. We definitely stay again. Thank you Sam.
Disliked: No hot water in bathroom. Wasn’t a problem for us though as we are used to coldish showers anyway. Bedding needs upgrading.
