Nice place to stay

Liked: Pretty room, nice restaurant, friendly staff at reception
Disliked: Tv remote didn't work, got batteries changed, still didn't work. TV had only two working channels, the rest was all not programmed. No plug sockets by the bed, only at the desk so no charging option for the phone to use the alarm close by.The Restaurant staff (breakfast) needs to be more attentive and concentrate.Curtain ripped - could do with some updating.

Disliked: A little bit of noise from the parties on Friday evening in the function rooms

Exceptional

Liked: I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to the Honeymoon suite. It is quite something special. The Jacuzzi bath sucken into the floor is amazing. The staff were always available, the food in the restaurant was also very good.
Disliked: Nothing

Great weekend in Johnstone

Liked: Lovely location & great staff.. Nice outdoor seating and pretty garden. All staff were really attentive, helpful, professional and friendly. Great bar area and breakfast. Loved that we could use great spa/pool area for free at nearby hotel.Near to train station which is then 15 mins to Glasgow central.
Disliked: Our beds were quite firm for our liking. Unfortunately twin room beds cannot be pushed together which we didn't realise. Our room was close to the function room so difficult to sleep until the party had finished.. Parties both nights. We were room.no..17.
