Beautiful place; big rooms; comfortable bed; host was very knowledgeable about the Lexington area. Place was very clean and breakfast was delicious. If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying there. Definitely recommend this place to stay when visiting the Lexington area.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful.
The house was lovely and spotlessly clean.
Disliked: When we checked in we found that our private bath was down the hall. It?s not good for seniors to be wandering down an unfamiliar hall in the middle of the night. We had to pay an extra $20 to get a room with an attached bathroom. This info should have been provided before we checked in. We never dreamed that a private bath would not be a part of the room.

We loved our visit and...
Liked: Owner was very friendly and accommodating. He thought of little extras like robes and water in the room. Room was wonderful and breakfast was homemade and delicious. Lots of little sitting areas and a wonderful porch out back with gardens. Great location and easy walking distance to downtown.
Disliked: The location is on a main road into downtown, so there was traffic noise that you could hear from the room. But it didn't cause sleep disruption and all the wonderful things about this place make this a very minor issue.

Liked: Great location. Situated amongst beautiful Victorian homes, walking distance from restaurants and night life of Lexington. Good sized, well appointed room, comfortable common areas for relaxing and ample parking. For those in need, had an elevator to reach the upper floors.
Disliked: Can?t think of anything to improve upon!

At Lyndon House B&B, you don?t have to imagine a bygone time; you enter it! Everywhere the eye falls, you are affected by intricate 19th-century workmanship. A full-length sunroom and magnolia-clad garden beg sweet tea and a delicious book. Our suite was so amply supplied and comfortable that even after a week, we did not want to leave! Anton, the finest of hosts, is a wealth of local history and cuisine! Lexington is our new home from home, by way of The Lyndon House B&B!
