Pleasant but unfortunately will be...

Liked: Staff were very attentive. The breakfast room area ( Connaught) was clean and the actual breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: The hotel itself is very tired . Very old fashioned and requires updating. The carpet in the bedroom looked like it came from the 17th century. Requires updating and drinks were far too expensive nor just I thought this other guests thought the same even with the " discounted " offers

Disliked: I ordered a big double room but it was small the bathroom was so tiny Breakfast was tasteless

Liked: Nice people staying there good entertainment and that.
Disliked: Room far to small,wasent the room we booked to start with our shower flooded the bathroom and staff tried to blame me and my partner.until they realized it was there fault shower wouldn't drain and shower hanging off wall.

Disliked: The room was a old leather arm chair..should be thrown on a tip..the curtains were hanging off..Old net curtains.well needed a wash or replaced.rail was hanging off I'd to fix it ..banging noise all night long...I shouldv reported at the time...ssk for sea view next time..our room view back of hotel not nice.
