We enjoyed the stay ,...

Liked: Location and overall experience was good. We enjoyed the grounds and the pool area..Would return.
Disliked: Unfortunately our room was above front entrance and as it was a warm night with the window open the noise of cars arriving on the gravel drive was annoying and kept us awake past midnight. Bottom sheet became loose and noticed there was no mattress protector!

Liked: What a beautiful hotel and decorated to excellent standard.
Disliked: Price for rooms is a little bit steep.

A luxurious break that left...

Liked: The location is stunning. Beautiful grounds and we loved all the sculptures on display. Relaxing by the pool was very pleasant. Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room and appreciated the welcome tray
Disliked: With the warming climate, it may be necessary to instal air conditioning units. The Dyson fan was fine as it wasn’t too hot

This is a little patch...

Liked: The staff went over and above at every encounter, and ensured our stay was a pleasure. Our car broke down just around the corner, and they not only fetched our bags from the boot, but towed the car to the safety of their carpark away from the country road. We had a wonderful breakfast, and lunch at the pool house, which was exceptional.
Disliked: Nothing.
