Good

Liked: Have stayed here many times, great location, always very clean, and loved the new restaurant next door! I recommend booking a larger room as the standard rooms are very small, especially if you are staying for more than one night.
Disliked: Having stayed at Lyf on multiple occasions it was disappointing to be allocated a two room set up that was very small with the aircon not working, it was freezing when we arrived in the rooms close to 8:30pm and not what you expect when staying at a hotel. The staff were nice but very slow in allocating us a different room as it was way too cold on a freezing winter's night not to utilise the aircon, with a breezy draft coming in from the courtroom door too. It took close to an hour before we were in another room by 11:15pm at night, which was a frustrating and odd experience given the 24hr front desk. The staff also seemed reluctant to give us teabags, despite our room having a kitchenette. Overall a good stay, but would have loved the staff to consider a better room allocation for a four-night stay.

Very convenient and very comfortable.

Liked: Location was good, it is just around the corner from Little Oxford Street and lots of food places and Coles in Smith Street. It is also very close to a tram stop.
Disliked: The rooms could be a bit bigger. I was by myself, two people in the room would be a bit tight, although there is room for a suitcase under the bench. Even though there is a communal kitchen I would like tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Having said that is it good value for money.
