Liked: The manager(Ver) is extremely nice and his kindness justifies staying at this hotel. Location (close to the metro).
Disliked: It was a bit cold in the hotel in winter

Liked: The owner made me feel very welcome and gave me useful information for a first time Traveller to San Francisco. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower rooms were clean and the water hot. As a single female Traveller I never felt at risk.
Disliked: Although I knew the property had shared bathrooms I found the restroom situation a bit strange during the night. It would have been nice to have had warm drink availability.

Liked: I like the location which is a few minutes to the Union Square.it s easy to find and ok for me The room was small but i didn't mind I just had a good sleep n went out
Disliked: It was not the fault of the hotel which the area were filled with zoombie homelesses ,they yelled they strolled along back n forth.i didn't dare to come back after sunset.
