Great location with great rooms....

Liked: Room was spacious and well attended. Pillows were oversized, but I could have requested options which I did not. Staff was fantastic and very helpful.
Disliked: The HVAC was not so responsive.

Nice experience, I recommend it

Liked: Very nice and spacious room, placed in the city center. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast is too expensive compared to the prices in Amsterdam and the small choice. Products are good though.

Lovely hotel in the heart...

Liked: The location, how tidy the rooms and amenities were and the staff.
Disliked: The face that breakfast is a-la-carte and it takes way too much to wait for your order because the kitchen has limited capacity. If if’s crowded, the wait time is one hour

Liked: Nothing it was normal which means it is not luxury as the name said
Disliked: The female staff are good and friendly but the male staff they though we are not understanding their language and what they are joking about the customers.

Location is great

Liked: The suite size is bigger than I thought, and the view is awesome also the cleanness is perfect.
Disliked: Room service need improvement.

Excellent location, quiet yet close...

Liked: Staff was excellent and most helpful.
Disliked: Our room was at the back side and didn't have a view of the canal. Breakfast was not included, even at the very high price charged for the room.

Will 100% Stay Here Again...

Liked: The Royal suite was beautiful spacious and airy with a super comfortable bed and great pillows. The bathroom was luxurious and very large. The room had a kitchen, with microwave and even a dishwasher. The view from the window, overlooking the canal was exceptional. Here you could watch lots of passing boats with tourists.The hotel was in a quieter location and just a short walk to the busier areasStaff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Some complimentary drinks or nibbles in your room would have been a nice touch for new guests.

Beautiful location neglected hotel

Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: We encountered a gas leak upon arrival due to a gas leak, which the hotel staff was diligently trying to resolve, but management's delayed response led to many guests checking out. We wanted to be patient about it and thought these things happen let’s give them a change we held on thinking they will fix the problem soon but had no hot water which is something that we couldnt be patient about Despite the potential, the hotel requires maintenance as it appears run-down and neglected. Our royal suite lacked essential amenities such as a working TV, AC, and most importantly, hot water. Additionally, breakfast timing did not align with tour schedules, rendering the inclusion pointless. We ultimately relocated to a reputable 5-star hotel in the city center, where our needs were impeccably met. Staying at luxury hotels could have significantly enhanced our experience, highlighting the importance of proper maintenance. The staff where terrific and supported us but maintenance is important
