Liked: The casino atmosphere was fun and welcoming with a lot to do. The location is great as well.
Disliked: This was our honeymoon trip. Our room had blood splattered on the sheets and bathroom wall, the TV had a chunk in the middle that didn't work, the walls and doors had food chunks stuck to them, the last guests toothbrush was left under the sink in the bathroom, children ran thru the halls all night...We were offered an upgrade, confirmed the offer and added late checkout but we were never given the upgraded room. We tried to contact the property thru the booking.com app as well as repeatedly calling guest services. We were put on hold each time (6x) only to be met with a busy tone or hung up on after 15-20 minutes. When we went to the front desk we were told booking.com had to handle it. When we tried that booking.com told us that the property had to handle it. Altogether terrible stay that the property thought could be remedied by a free breakfast at the cafe.

Confusing hotel, interesting stay.but prefer...
Liked: We were staying there with family so we had multiple rooms. It was an experience
Disliked: It is hard to find your way around. Elevators etc are confusing. Original booking was “upgraded” via online check-in. But room was awful! Had to go to check in and have a room change. They were helpful and made it right, but it was not a great experience.
