Liked: Nothing was good. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: Everything was bad; the room they gave me at first was in bad condition; they changed me to another one and that one was dirty; later they gave me the third one and it was also in very bad condition and the worst thing is that I was living with a 5-month-old child born and they had us a long time walking from one room to another. Very bad service in that hotel I really do not recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing stay.
Liked: How close it was to the mall
Disliked: Hallways and room were really funky. Hallway floors were extremely dirty and not vacuumed once while we were there. AC unit in room leaked all the way across the room.We were told the pool was open before we booked and got there and it was closed. Toilet ran the whole time. Tub had stains in it. Floors in the room weren’t swept/mopped before we arrived. Bed sheets had stains and I had to go get more. Towels had stains and I had to go get more. There were NO rags in the room at all. Breakfast was awful, the only option was toast, no butter, jelly etc, milk and two month expired honey buns. We’ve stayed here before and it’s been good. We were so disappointed and grossed out this stay.
