Luxe Studios Nashville Opryland

Liked: Nothing was good. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: Everything was bad; the room they gave me at first was in bad condition; they changed me to another one and that one was dirty; later they gave me the third one and it was also in very bad condition and the worst thing is that I was living with a 5-month-old child born and they had us a long time walking from one room to another. Very bad service in that hotel I really do not recommend it to anyone.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable
Disliked: The lady at the front counter was not very nice for one for two the pool that they advertised they did not have the breakfast that they advertise they did not have their TV would only pick up Spanish channels there was no way to get Netflix connected to it I don't even think it was a smart TV

Sketchy

Liked: Customer service was good and friendly.
Disliked: Even though the sign said it was a non smoking it stunk of smoke. In elevator and hallways. The room had a mildew smell. The sheets had spots and stains on them.

Disliked: The pool wasn't open, the water was half full and green and the ceiling had fallen in. The lobby smelled like piss. They were understaffed so the person running the front had to clean the rooms making front wait time long. When we got to the room it was still dirty, the beds weren't made, the bathroom was stopped up with poop and the toilet didnt even work. It doesnt look anything like the pictures either
