We were told and the website showed a shuttle to Getty Museum which is why we selected Luxe. Upon arrival we were told it is one bellman that has many jobs and getting to and from museum is a large maybe.

Liked: The pool and tennis court were nice. Valet and bell staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated in a major way with little to no sound insulation. Staff is improperly trained. Only the bell staff and valet were friendly. Most of the staff was uninformed about the hotel. Overnight parking charge was ridiculous, the highest I’ve seen even at the nicest of hotels.
