My husband and I watched the Eddie Griffin stand up at the Nokia theater. The hotel was very convenient because we didn't even have to drive. We just walked across. Hotel was very clean.

Liked: Amazing Views! Across the street from the Staples Center, Shaquille?s, Wolf Gang Pucks, and several other restaurants and shops. Right in the heart of downtown it was easy to walk around and site see.

A very well located hotel!...
Liked: I liked the location, very close of the Microsoft Theatre and Staples Arena. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is helpful.
Disliked: I didn't like so much the breakfast. It can be improved having a buffet. And the room service could be 24h.

Liked: The view But not much else
Disliked: From the moment we arrived after driving 17 hours we drove up to Lighting everywhere and People blocking us from even pulling in because they were filming a TV show in the lobby and out front so it took us forever to even check in. They only allow valet parking which is $45 a day + $4.50 taxes. They charge a $20 per day ?destinations fee? The rooms are far from a four star accommodations! The double size mattresses are on queen-size basis so I was constantly hitting my legs walking around the room. The bathroom had mold built up in corners and parts of the door falling off end it looks like used to be a nice giant rain Spicket had become clogged And sparsely sprayed water. The elevators are old and scary feeling and sounding. The room service is sub par? We received a yogurt one morning uncovered and it had been sitting so long that the yogurt has separated so there was a clear film across the top of it and the fruit on top had started drying out. They serve best food at Denny?s. The telephones in the rooms hardly worked if they did work no one ever answered the phones. It took me calling the front desk from my own cell phone to even reach anyone several times! The hotel claims to be pet friendly but when I asked for someone to simply vacuum a little bit of litter that I?ve gotten on the floor (after not servicing our room at all in days) I was charged $100 for less than five minutes of vacuuming! The mini fridge is filled with crap so you can?t actually use it to hold anything and my underage daughter took a juice out of it as well as a small bottle of liquor (Before I arrived) and I was charged over $50! Room service also served my underage daughter alcohol before I arrived. She had given her id To the front desk when she checked in & yes they?re still served alcohol to a minor.
