It was delightful, pleasant and...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean. I had the accessible room. It was very spacious, side bars in the bathroom. The shower was a bit frustrating as I am not really tall had to manipulate the shower head a bit. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the shower soap, shampoo and conditioner right on the wall for use. They had the hand soap on the wall by the bathroom sink. That was an extremely nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. I cannot complain at all about the room. The Breakfast was delightful. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and all the other fixins. The staff was a pleasant surprise as well. They were all kind, caring and accommodating in all ways from the head manager, to the assistant to the breakfast staff. They were all so very nice and authentic people. I cannot say enough about this hotel. The Italian restaurant was also a nice touch and the staff was well received and servers very nice. This was the nicest stay I have had in a long time. I will be back again for sure.
Disliked: There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about this hotel. I am surprised that the ratings don't show this hotel to be a 9.5 because it should be up there for sure. When I booked it showed 8.1, not at all what it really should be. Their score should be much higher then that.

Decent location but pricey for...

Liked: Staff were quick to help us when a room change when we arrived and our room reeked of chlorine/chemical smell. Parking was easy.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty bad. Multiple things ran out and took a while to replace. We skipped breakfast the second day. Also, the first room we tried reaked of a strong chlorine or chemical smell. The beds were not comfortable either.

Great location, but not very...

Liked: Excellent location nearby Main Street.
Disliked: Walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear everything outside and people in neighboring rooms.The shower was very outdated, and the bed was a cheap, springy mattress.
