Very disappointing

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The accomodations. The bed was very uncomfortable. Needed a new Mattress. The towels were frayed. Very over used. Phone didn't work. Employees were very unfriendly.

Liked: The staff was great. Very friendly. This was a really good location and we would stay there again when we come back to Cottonwood.

Disappointed with quality of facility...

Liked: The location was convenient and the room was clean.
Disliked: Soundproof of ceiling was poor. Not enough pillows and quality of towels was poor. the quality of the breakfast was poor. The cost was too high for the location and the facilities quality.
