Sam, Leeds, visiting Manchester Academy Mon, 18 April 2016
We stayed as we were going to a concert at the Manchester Academy which was only a 20 minute walk! Very close to curry mile so location great. A good job it was just a bed for the night!
Liked: Location.
Disliked: The shower was dated; no hot water even at 4pm; felt glum and depressing; disappointed to say the least!

Very good
Liked: This is a great location for us. Easy access to public transport and Manchester is walkable. Lots of great parks around for fresh air. Breakfast is great. Staff as always were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: One minor issue with the cleaning was quickly sorted out.

Great place to stay with...
Liked: Came for Manchester Marathon and had a very pleasant stay at Luther King House to the South of the City Centre, staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is near some parks along a leafy residential street, and there is a very nice and tranquil courtyard in the centre of the building. Rooms are functional but comfortable and clean. There are very good breakfast options and ample parking should one need it.

Liked: Very pleasant place to stay. Staff frinedly and helpful. It's like a little "quiet oasis" in Manchester. Breakfast is very good. Room comfortable, TV and tea/coffee etc. Free, secure parking. Great value for money.
Disliked: Wish it was closer to centre of Manchester for a night out, concerts etc!
