Liked: The location is unmatched, but the facilities are below par. There is so much potential for this place to be great, it's just missing that special touch.
Disliked: The room could have done with a mini fridge, and a good clean, was a very strong smell of varnish in the room. Also could have done with conditioner in the room along with the shampoo that was provided. Make sure to bring an umbrella if it rains because to get to the spa or for some food, you have to walk outdoors to get there. The staff in the restaurant are completely unbothered, we had to get their attention ourselves to order or if we required anything throughout the 3 courses, even though we were booked in, and even though it was mid-week and not busy at all, they just seemed to avoid people at all cost and it was clear to see there was a lack of management going on.

Liked: Location is brilliant
Disliked: Rooms were uncomfortably hot during the day and at night time with no air conditioning installed. Bathroom window was seized shut and each room had a lot of dead flies on window boards/ floors and there were a lot of flies on all ceilings. No fridge available to store cooled water was disappointing. The people who visit on boats had little regard to the paying guests. They were zooming around on Jet Skis on the lake with no regard to the hired (paid) activities available at the resort. If the above issues are addressed then the place would be exceptional. The staff are brilliant and would score max marks available.
