Liked: Luskin was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. We requested early check in and requested the time of our arrival. When we arrived our room was ready for us after a big flight.
Disliked: As a tourist, I didn’t realise we were staying in the middle of USLA. Was a bit far from everything in LA. It was very noisy in the mornings. No fridge or any restock of water. You have to go to the third floor to fill up a bottle.

Great location. Very friendly. Rooms...

Liked: Great location for me when I visit UCLA, as it´s located at the heart of the campus. Very friendly staff. Good restaurant. Nice rooms. Modern facilities. Okay-ish fitness room (room for improvement).
Disliked: Beds could be harder and more comfortable. Rooms have thin walls, so unfortunately conversations in neighboring rooms can easily be overheard. Fitness rooms could be bigger and brighter.

Great but some let downs

Liked: Great location and felt super safe. Was a really nice hotel and had access to a lot of stuff we needed. Only campus too so can go get food and drinks if needed and nice to look around the campus
Disliked: The towels get fluff all over you so don’t feel the best quality and it is kind of pricey. They also didn’t explain the deposit at first, they said it was tax, wasn’t till the end when they said we’d be refunded. Still not sure when that refund comes through though
