Wonderful victorian in the heart...

Liked: Perfect location, beautiful victorian building and wonderful staff!
Disliked: The hotel needs some renovations. The bathroom sink is uncomfortable - there is a glass shelf between the mirror and the sink, which is so low, that you hit your head while washing if you don't want everything to get wet.

Very good

Liked: Cleanliness, cheerful staff and an excellent breakfast.
Disliked: In our 80's so up and down to the third floor was somewhat challenging.

Wonderful, affordable place to stay...

Liked: We had a great stay! The rooms were small, but that’s expected in London. Very clean and comfy. The hotel is very clear about the stairs and no air conditioning, so we expected that, and it was fine! The room has a fan, and the street outside isn’t too busy so you could keep the window open. It’s a great location- about 10 min walk from Victoria station, or a bus stop right outside. The staff are very friendly, and allow you to leave luggage there before check-in or after check-out. Breakfast was great too!

Not worth the money.

Liked: Location is s good
Disliked: Female staff in evening wasn't helpful. Room was on last floor and no elevator. Sink was clogged and I called for help but they were not helpful. I had tv on very low and got a call that my tv was loud and my speaking was also loud. Rooms too close for any privacy and you can't even have a personal phone call without a complaint. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Liked: Amazing staff, greqt service, very clean.

Perfect stay for Hyde Park...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was perfect, nothing too much trouble. Left our luggage in the morning, went to concert and had a late night check in, no problems. No air-conditioning but the ceiling fan in the room was more than adequate. Comfy bed. Yes there are stairs to rooms but not unmanageable.
Disliked: Nothing

Great location, clean rooms, and...

Liked: The hotel is in a great area and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are a little tight with dates interior and no frills, but the cleanliness, location and staff more than compensate.
Disliked: London was unseasonably hot so no AC was kinda an issue for us. But I don’t think many hotels have ac and it usually wouldn’t be a problem. The fam was very high powers and effective
