great value!

Liked: it’s clean and newly renovated. they have a $20 option to use the common area with snacks, hot breakfast, flavored water, and juices. it’s was worth it.
Disliked: there is no on site parking and there is no elevator. we are going i. a cruise and just left our luggage in the car and brought in necessary items.

Wanted to love it, but...

Liked: The rooms were quiet, it was close to the beach, close to restaurants, blackout shades were awesome, staff was nice. The room was much smaller than anticipated. I even did an upgrade to a bit larger room but don't feel I got that. If I did, I would hate to be in the smaller one!! The water machine was fantastic as was the coffee machine.
Disliked: It was hard to hear the staff through the tiny holes in the window, although they offer a Continental breakfast they do not monitor it so items were empty often, plus they have the hot food below the ac vent so it doesn't stay warm or hot, and they have the cold food on the opposite side, where it is warm, swapping those 2 things would make a world of difference!! There was no room for a person of size to comfortably sit on the toilet in our room, my husband had to bend over and sit sideways to use the toilet.

Liked: The staff was kind and professional.
Disliked: The rooms were EXTREMELY small. The bathroom barely accommodated a single person.

Exceptional

I would never stay here...

Disliked: The receptionist said that for $20 extra we could get a warm breakfast and we would have access to their lounge. Once we paid the $20 we found out the launch was basically a closet with some coffee and some beverages the next morning when we went in to get warm breakfast there was nothing there except two rock hard croissants and three rock hard Donuts that were stale and just disgusting. When we went and spoke to the receptionist about the warm breakfast she said we would have to ask her for the warm breakfast and it would be just a breakfast sandwich. When we asked her if it's a Jimmy Dean Frozen sandwich that she would be putting in the microwave she said yes. They talked us into paying $20 extra and basically we got nothing. When I asked for a refund because we didn't get what we were described the night before they told us they don't give refunds. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Additionally, the blow dryer didn't work they didn't have any extra blow dryers to replace it with. And the staff was just rude and seemed annoyed if anybody asked for anything.
