Excellent stay at a centrally...

Liked: The hotel has an excellent location on a quiet street. Frankfurt is a walkable city; you can reach the main attractions on foot from the hotel. Additionally, there are several cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very stylish; the room was comfortable and quiet. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in Frankfurt and recommend this hotel.
Disliked: The personnel completely lacked kindness and helpfulness. I paid one day for the breakfast to try it, but I considered it too expensive based on what was offered. There was a movie or commercial shooting at/in the hotel those days; it would have been great to be informed about it. The crew was unfriendly; they blocked the elevator by moving their staff, and when I mentioned it, one of the crew members simply pointed to the stairs that I could use. As a guest paying for my stay at the hotel, I found it impolite.

Disliked: I have tried to contact you about my final bill having two different charges per night for the 2 nights we stayed . I wondered if you copied explain this. We stayed two nights in thesdame rooms but were charged more the second night. I didn't notice this disparity until after I had paid.

Liked: Fine hotel, good atmosphere with spacious rooms and a perfect breakfast.
Disliked: The streets in the hauptbahnhof area are famous for its junkies and prostitutes... Not the best place to walk around at night.
