Liked: Beautiful lobby and design generally.
Disliked: Too many things were broken and not up to standards. For example: blinds were broken in the room, the fitness was poorly equipped, housekeeping did not do my room etc.

Liked: Outstanding hotel in a great location. Very convenient, but in Frankfurt that means the drug addi to are a block away. Nothing concerning, just something to be aware of. The hotel is pristine and the beds are lovely. I truly enjoyed my stay and was able to relax.

Disliked: The construction of the interiors is second class. A bit like an American motel.

Charming hotel in practical location

Liked: Charming hotel surrounded by skyscrapers and less attractive streets. Location is great, a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the city center and other attractions such as the great Städler Museum. Particularly convenient for the opera. Great service and staff, lovely decoration, permanent complementary lemon water, cookies, coffee and other goodies at reception and in the living room. Room was small but cozy, comfortable and elegant. The was an ironing board and hairdryer in the room.
Disliked: Small things: the coffee machine did not work. I would welcome a hold for the handshower so you can use it instead of the Italian shower when you do not want to het your hair wet. For some reason I had no wi-fi at all (not even mobile data) although I was connected to the hotel's wifi.
