Liked: Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Room was small but clean and modern.
Disliked: Our room was completely dark. We were facing a shaft/wall so there was no sunlight in our room and that was depressing. Even with all the lights turned on, the room was very dark. Location was good but the side street it's on was a bit sketchy.

Comfortable stay in the heart...

Liked: Great place in the heart of New York. Very clean and pleasant. Friendly staff responding quickly to requests. Good breakfast. Excellent metro connections, to the selected line 5-10 minutes walk.

Liked: The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had two large beds, providing enough comfort for three people. Breakfast was included. I was pleasantly surprised that, because of our early departure for a trip, they prepared breakfast items for us the day before, which we were able to store in the fridge.

was ok, won't book again...

Liked: they moved us to higher floor after requesting, the breakfast was ok. location is perfect, no noise at all, staff is friendly.
Disliked: the total amount on booking including everything was 3821$ (for 6 nights) and they took on top of it 300$ deposit even though it says it's included when booked. they don't want to refund us. be carful when you book. will never book again. could have booked through sam's club and pay less because of the misleading information we overpaid a lot!
