Great central NYC hotel -...

Liked: Room was great, nice products in the room, all very clean. Location next to Bryant Park was perfect.
Disliked: Lobby area is too small - and gets overcrowded quickly... no meeting area/ space to wait for taxis... only the bar or the restaurant which are busy with customers.

Modern hotel with the friendliest...

Liked: The staff just go above and beyond for you. They accommodated us throughout our stay and made this hotel feel like a home away from home. We had an issue with our room and they happily moved us and sent their little robot with complementary wine and chocolates. The location is great and the rooms are very spacious and clean. We stayed in a room with two kind beds and it was perfect. Will definitely be back!
Disliked: The breakfast was really nice and the staff were very accommodating, but it would be nice to have more variety of hot food choices. They seem to swap the egg every second day from scrambled to an omelette type and it would have been nice if there was a little more variety. But otherwise, a wonderful breakfast and hotel!

Great Location and Friendly Staff,...

Liked: I truly loved the location — it was close to everything I needed. I walked several times to Times Square, which was just a short stroll away. Nearby, you’ll also find a lovely park, great shops, and anything else you might need. While the hotel doesn’t have a large lobby, the front desk staff more than make up for it with their friendliness and professionalism. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, making it feel more like a private residence than a hotel. It’s a perfect choice for those who appreciate charm, convenience, and warm hospitality in the heart of the city.
Disliked: While the location and staff were commendable, several issues left me quite disappointed. First, the price is extremely high for what is offered — especially considering the very small room size. In addition, a $300 deposit was taken and has yet to be refunded to my account, which is unacceptable.Check-in was another frustrating experience. I arrived at 12 PM, tired after a long journey, but I wasn’t allowed into my room until almost 4 PM. There was no real consideration for guests’ time or comfort. For the price I paid, I expected far better service, transparency, and efficiency. Unfortunately, this experience left much to be desired.
