Disliked: Expensive and poor range of facilities

Superb

Liked: Great gym, clean rooms, safe area of the city and really good grocery store as well as restaurants nearby.

Liked: We didn't have breakfast. The location was perfect for walking to the UCSF Mission Bay campus and the food trucks and the well stocked grocery store. The staff was extremely helpful too. Problems with our keys were addressed immediately.
Disliked: We could have used a microwave oven in the room.

Liked: The hotel had the most practical amenities that I never would have thought of in the room. Very logically thought out and modern.

Need parking

Disliked: No free parking for customers
