The room was unpleasant and...

Liked: We really liked the location. The staff during the day are super friendly. Breakfast was offered at good times, delish and easy to navigate. The vibe of the lobby, restaurant and outside area is super cute and we liked that very much.
Disliked: Not accessible (the elevator goes to half floors, so you have a staircase either way. We were placed in a room that was down several hallways and across ANOTHER stairwell that included stairs). The wifi and cell reception was non-existent and didn't work.The door wasn't flush to the floor and the lock felt flimsy. The lack of security and easy-entry other than the front door made this very concerning and we didn't feel safe in the far rooms we were placed in with the proximity of the back stairwell.Our balcony was shared with the room next to us, which had a glass door, and also led to feeling unsafe when leaving our things in the room for the day.When the fan was turned on, there was a plume of dust that flew off. It also stirred a lot from around so we had to air out the room for quite awhile until it blew off enough.The "loft bed" is a dark crawlspace up a very steep ladder and a mattress on the floor. There is not enough space to stand up and it was very misleading. I'm not surprised that it wasn't pictured in any of the listings.Bathroom was for ants. To get to the toilet you had to step INTO the shower, move the door, and go around. The towels were super small, too, it didn't fit it around my body. We were three adults - average sized - and we STRUGGLED with the size of the room (note we're campers and can rough it when we need to).The safe we had in our room wouldn't lock - the electric wire was literally hacked in two.There was no coffee/tea maker in the room and no fridge.The courtyard was very loud, very early in the morning. Not surprising being in the middle of the city, but good to note if you like to sleep in a little.The man who checked us in and worked at night was less than pleasant. He was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. When asked to be switched to a larger room/would pay for it (we were 3 adults who signed up for a 3 person room), he said that none of them were clean.

Liked: The staff is really nice and helpful. I like the details in the room, you will find everything what you need. Nice patio to sit and enjoy drink as well as the restaurant itself. And i like the attitude and sustainable ideology of the hotel
Disliked: The mattrace was a bit too soft for us.

Exceptional

Quiet quality hotel.

Liked: It had a relaxed atmosphere.our room had a deck and comfortable sized bathroom. The bus stop right at the front door is great.
Disliked: I will never pay 20 euros for breakfast. The evening menu was limited and uninspired. No coffee or tea making facilities in the room - a teabag and cup from reception cost 3.5 euros

Liked: Large room, nicely decorated and clean. Great location and comfortable. Also they let me check in early with no issues.
Disliked: I hate the showers that are like open in the bathroom and let water leak all over the floor. Just out a ledge around the shower bottom so the water is contained!

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was excellent, very nice atmosphere everywhere. High quality shower gels, lotions and other things - all natural and of excellent quality. The hotel pays attention to the issues of conscious consumption, recycling.
