Liked: The room was lovely and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Quiet at night and only a short walk to the markets, shops and restaurants.
Disliked: The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room for a morning tea or coffee.

Nice hotel in great location...

Liked: Nice deco of the room and bathroom. My room had a big window so I had lots of light. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very nice toiletries. The aspect of sustainability and environment is quite present.
Disliked: The shower in my room was small and instead of having a real door it had a plastic curtain. It looked cheap and was uncomfortable to shower since the wet curtain was sticking to my body often while showering.

Highly Recommend – Ideal for...

Liked: Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends. The location is perfect—close to the city center and all major attractions. There are several great restaurants nearby, including the one on the property. Our room was fantastic, especially with the loft area for the kids.

Liked: Everything was clean and the hotel atmosphere was pleasant.
Disliked: There was no fridge in the room and it often took a kit if time to find/get the attention of the receptionists.

Liked: Bad lighting in the room, no appropriate access to power plugs, towels were of low quality

Liked: Beds were cozy, location was central and quiet.
Disliked: Staff were a bit unhappy when I would ask questions. I overheard a guy working in the bar negatively talking about customers who had just left. Thought that was not greatLoft was a cool experience but a bit treacherous
