Liked: This is a beautiful property, set in the most amazing countryside. Close to Bath and other villages, we would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, tranquil place to stay. The rooms were lovely, and we had a beautiful bed with comfy cozy bedding. They even provide a well stocked tee and coffee tray, biscuits and a decanter of Sherry for an evening apéritif!

Liked: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Warm-hearted host Richard was so attentive and his dinner recommendation to the George Inn was perfect! Beautiful rooms, outstanding breakfast. Breathtaking beauty!

Wonderful long weekend away and...

Liked: The house was charming, the breakfast wonderful - we had both choice and it was just the right amount and very fresh too. The dining room was lovely and comfortable. Our room was huge and the bathroom even bigger! We chose a room with a four poster bed which was lovely. Selection of teas and coffee in the room with fresh milk delivered in a thermos. Lots of charm and yet with mod cons too, such as a TV and good wifi which we weren't really expecting. The location is great as it's quiet and yet within a short drive from Frome and nearby Wells.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like! For some maybe the TV was a bit small but who needs a huge TV especially as for us it was a celebration of our wedding anniversary and we spent a lot of time out and about in Frome and Wells.
