Not a four star hotel

Liked: Location, size of the room.
Disliked: Poor breakfast, terrible pillows and matrasses, hygiene or lack of it, service not adequate. A four star hotel with no minibar or coffe maker in the room, or any other amenities, not acceptable. No value for money.

Exceptional

Liked: Comfortable hotel right on the water, one of the best breakfasts I've had in Germany, friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: There was no elevator - but the staff volunteered to carry my bag to my room, so it worked out.
