Great location. Comfortable room

Liked: Great location close to old town Fussen. Big room.
Disliked: Breakfast was geared to large tour groups and not charming. Lower quality than expected.

Liked: The receptionists were nice and helpful but that's probably the only good thing I can say about this hotel.
Disliked: Room was very worn down, bed was uncomfortable and the room felt like it was missing basic features for being a 4 star hotel.

Liked: Parking on site, good breakfast, helpful staff, good location, close to city centre and bus stop to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. Free Füssen card I got at the reception on arrival.
Disliked: There could be air condition in the room. The street outside is quite noisy, hard to sleep with open window. Despite that the room was very comfortable.
