Disliked: Horrible experience we missed our flight and they wouldn’t even allow us to change our dates so basically we paid $1100 to stay 1 1/2 nights plus a $200 deposit when we got there, then I purposely got a room with a patio not knowing I couldn’t smoke a cigarette on my patio but I guess one of the neighbors on their patio called the front desk to complain so they called me and told me there’s no smoking on the property so I let them no I was unaware and I would not smoke again which I didn’t but then some security guard came banging like he was the police saying there’s no smoking, I told him I was just informed of that but he insisted on making the situation more serious than it was. Well my husband and I went walking on the strip and when we got back 2hours later our key wouldn’t open the door so we went to the front desk and were told we were going to have to pay a $500 fee for smoking earlier or we would not be able to get back in our room, so we had no choice but to pay it. Also if you are a Black American this is not somewhere you want to stay and I am not one to pull the race card but I felt very uncomfortable and stereotyped staying there and we were treated very poorly. The only good thing about this trip was I made it to see my favorite group Coldplay

Liked: Liked everything about it. Perfect location, easy access to anything and anywhere.
Disliked: The bed had major “dips” in it where you sink into bed and the pillows were very thick and kinked our necks.

Liked: The room is very spacious and clean. We had a great view of the fireworks for New Years Eve. Our patio faces the strip. The front desk, concierge, and valley are all polite and helpful.
Disliked: The valet closes our gets full very early. It puts you parking in the garage at the MGM, and the walk is a little far. Luckily, we were in tower one this time, so it's not as bad as when we stayed in tower 3. They do validate for the parking when this happens.

Liked: The location was great. Sometimes it’s nice to now have to go through a casino lobby to get outside. Issues with the room were sorted quickly though the staff at the front desk were unable to assist us with anything as the condo is private and not connected to MGM management. Front desk woman was not just unhelpful she was unpleasant. Lots and plenty of clean towels. Lots and plenty of toiletries and hot water.NO RESORT FEE !!!!!!Quiet room. Very Comfy bed.
Disliked: The room was clean but clearly dated. Slow drain of bathroom sink. Pointed out to manager who offered to come and sort it out asap. We got two Coffee pods and then could not purchase more anywhere. We thought it would be nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. We only had one wine glass. Others were available. You see these issues are so small and overall the condo was a pleasure.

Liked: The property was very nice as far as the staff and valet and what not..
Disliked: The only thing that was misleading about the place is there is not a bedroom. In Las Vegas you call it a bedroom if there is a living area separate from the room you sleep in. This is a studio suite at best, shame on youAlso it said pay at the property which was the plan and the option I chose, not place a reservation and 3 minutes after that it will be attempted on your card.That was extremely dissatisfactory in my opinion.
