Liked: From checking inn, from leaving , .. the hotel staff were outstanding , .. so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful, well maintained and beautiful placed . Great location .

A great stay.

Liked: Our room was very clean, lovely view of the sea and the children loved the bunk bed. The gardens are very nice and nicely kept. Lovely flowers.We had tickets to visit the chine which was close by and very nice. The swimming pool was very clean and because of good weather we stayed for a few hours.The breakfast was good and we also had lunch there which was great.We would go back for sure.
Disliked: As it was a very warm weekend it would be good if there was aircon but they gave us a fan which helped.

Liked: Everything perfect i can t explain with words.Exceptional place for families with children.

Liked: Hotels grounds, garden, pool and location are exceptional.
Disliked: However, standard family room that we got allocated is very very basic. No space to move in the room at all, no storage to unpack or open suitcase. everything is outdated, dirty, dusty and old. Rooms desperately need an upgrade. Shower was making horrible squeaky noise, kettle dirty and smelly. Awful value for money , room charges are overpriced for what you get. Plus hotel charges for full English breakfast for children and adults, no continental option. A bowl of cereal with toast for a child is £8.

A good stay on the...

Liked: The room and the view were very nice. The children enjoyed the pools and gaming room.
Disliked: The staff at the restaurant was very rude. Also, we couldn’t use the bar as there was nobody serving.
