Liked: Lovely gardens, pools, sea views, friendly staff.
Disliked: The lack of evening atmosphere. The entertainment finished at 9.30 so everyone had gone to bed by 10pm. Bar was closed and everywhere locked up soon after. The semi dark empty lounge felt spooky and unwelcoming, no place to sit and read etc.

Spectacular sea views and relaxing...

Liked: Great clifftop location, with stunning ocean views. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. A room with a balcony is highly recommended. The restaurant has a small menu each evening, but the food is excellent, as is the service. Staff are very friendly and responsive to your needs.
Disliked: Nothing

I needed to get away...

Liked: Number one was the staff they're fantastic location is amazing facilities incredible. I travel to the island lots one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
Disliked: I couldn't work the coffee machine in my room. It's a bloke thing.

Liked: The staff were friendly and hardworking, the views from the garden out to sea were very pleasant with plenty of shade available.
Disliked: I have been visiting the island a couple of times a year over the last 20 years, staying in a wide range of accommodation.Room 15 is the most disappointing room I have been in. The very narrow and steep stairs to access room 15 proved a daily challenge. I spoke to a young lady at the reception desk immediately after seeing the room (before unpacking), she was polite but guarded in her response. I did however get the message loud and clear, she was keen to point out that I had used booking .com for my stay, room 15 was the result
