Liked: Great location, lovely views. Appreciated discount on ferry and access to Shanklin Chine. 11am checkout nicer than the usual earlier checkout times in most hotels.
Disliked: Wi-fi wasn’t strong enough for us to stream films or series on our laptop which we had hoped to do in the evenings.

We were about to leave...

Liked: The property is ok but not easy to find, still have some distance from the bus stop.
Disliked: The noise at the night, even someone is speaking can be heard from your room. Very low voice but quite disturbing. The swimming pool and other facility are just normal and small.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff are amazing! Expected one lady but overall was great and excellent!! We really enjoyed time in there. Hot tub and front sea view was great!
Disliked: The restraint food wasn’t great.
