No reservation when I showe...

We were not able to...

Liked: There was not a room when we arrived. They were overbooked. We were told they would call us when a room was available. NO CALL!!!!! There were SIX other groups of people waiting in the lobby who did not have rooms as well. I will never make a reservation there again!!!!!
Disliked: Facilities not very clean. Staff not able to provide a room for us . OVERBOOKED!

Disliked: The entire place was trashed. Garbage everywhere and the whole place smelled like urine. No remote in the room. No towels available.

The most horrible day I’ve...

Liked: Not a darn thing
Disliked: There was trash everywhere loud music thumping I asked for another pillow because there was only one on the bed which was barely made and could see a very old mattress and when I asked for the pillow, he said sorry we ran out basically and hung up on me, then called back and said that there was a prank collar and thought that I was the prank collar Besides that loud noise coming from the toilet was unbearable. We had no towels and I did not trust to leave my car outside at all and the checkout was horrible. It took us 30 minutes to check out because the guy was in the back and some car, smoking weed or drugs of some sort, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had
