Fantastic little find and great...

Liked: The hosts. Great friendly and hospitable hosts who made my 18 year old and his girlfriend feel very welcome. And they loved the home made muffin treats!!
Disliked: Everything about the property was superb! Even saw a red squirrel and some gorgeous birds in the garden terrace attached to the room.

Liked: The location was fantastic. The breakfast was top quality and wonderful cooked. One of the best we've had.
Disliked: Being downstairs in we couldn't have a window open which would have been nice.

Superb

Liked: Loved the location, so quiet and peaceful. The hosts were friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. Perfect location for Ullswater if you didnt want to stay in the busy parts. Breakfast was amazing. Great value for money.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the fact our bedroom opened straight into the dining room so you could hear people having breakfast. And you couldn't lock the door from the inside.

Liked: Lovely converted barn, really cozy room, really friendly and made you feel like you were at home from home
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about the property it is very rural off a single track road was the only negative

Amazing and very peaceful

Liked: Breakfast was amazing !!! Host shared excellent local knowledge of walks in local area etc maps provided too.
Disliked: We would have liked a tv in the bedroom area rather than a separate area.
