A beautiful Lakeland B&B.

Liked: A lovely B&B, full of character, uniquely furnished, cosy, delicious breakfast with homemade bread and muffins. Just a delightful stay, one night wasn’t enough. I had a lovely view of garden birds and a red squirrel feeding just outside my window. You can order pack lunches too, with home made bread.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.

Lovely B&B

Liked: Beautiful location in the mountains, in the forest. Friendly owners. Lovely garden. The room has a very nice ambience. All the furniture in the room and dining room is made from recycled wood from old ships from Tanzania. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. Everything was perfect.
Disliked: N/A

Cumbria trip

Liked: Great stay. Lovely accommodation. Great hosts with an interesting story. Breakfast was delicious. Approach from the Ullswater side, better road to accommodation. Very central for touring around.
Disliked: Road from the A 66 very narrow not a lot of passing places, so would recommend approaching from the Ullswater side. But well worth the journey.

Rooms full of character and...

Liked: A lovely place to stay with wonderful decor and amazing hospitality. The hosts Jim and Tine serve delicious breakfasts and are always there to help. We went off most of our days on Jim's wonderful recommended walks and hikes and Tine's daily muffins would be the best snack to take on the road.
