My favorite

Liked: The staff was incredible! I’ve never been so taken care of. I was truly sad to leave. The hotel was awesome, but what truly made it was the people who worked there. Every single one of them including the bar tender and hosts at the bar next door and are all time fave, Jesus!!! They all took such pride in the hotel and their jobs there. I told them they were stuck with me for life, because I’m never staying anywhere else.
Disliked: Nothing. The people made it perfect. If I had to say anything I wish they had smart tvs so I could watch Netflix or Hulu. But that’s just me being spoiled! I really wouldn’t change a thing.

Liked: The staff is just as good as a Four Seasons. Caring, patient, up-beat, fun. Also they have all the amenities of a 5-star hotel, but in a boutique package.
Disliked: Hallways are cramped and elevators miniscule, but it’s an old building
