Exceptional

Liked: Place was awesome we have a great experience.
Disliked: They need at least have 1 person on the lobby. In 4 days never see anyone. They never even take the trash out. They didn't give me the sheets for the bed sofa I have to catch a housekeeper on the hall for her to give 1 only sheet she state I wasn't on the list for them so I have to undress the bed for my son to have and extra sheets that's unexcusable.

Off the beaten path, with...

Liked: We did like that it was out of the way of the business of the beach areas. The room was perfect for our needs. We loved the balcony. Nice to have a fridge and freezer. Parking was easy. The pool was nice and the restaurant next door had to-go offerings, including drinks you could bring to the pool. We were around 5 miles from a few different beach access parking lots to Bonita Beach, which was beautiful. Parking was inexpensive, but not many spots. Plan to drive around a bit waiting on a spot to open or get their early. Pack a lunch/drinks for the beach, not much around to get and once you get a parking spot, you don't want to leave. We tried to park closer to Doc's Beach House, you can order food/drinks and even water sports.
Disliked: Construction was still ongoing, but we knew that going in, was not too back. On some of the descriptions it says that it is beach front, it is waterfront, but not really a beach. There is an area you can walk to with a sandy beach on the property. It was fun to sit there and have the kids play in the water.

Liked: There is still quite a bit of construction in the area, but the resort was lovely and Flippers, which is an amazing restaurant, is right there! The hot tub was open most days we were there, the pool is open and you are right on the ocean! Great balcony view of beautiful water!
Disliked: The front desk isn't always staffed, but once you figure out the hours, all is well. They were super accommodating.

Disliked: Parking lot was partly unavailable

Exceptional

Liked: Location was lovely and so were the condos. Very comfortable. Loved the balcony.
Disliked: Interior hallways very much needed improvement. Base boards, moldings missing, needed painting, carpeting

Disliked: No closet for hanging clothes -stayed two weeks with no broom to clean up and only one bed change which I scheduled and they never showed up -called and was told I could get sheets at the desk

Disliked: Unfortunately under construction/repairs. air conditioning units were outside of our deck and were loud
