Very good
Liked: The breakfast supplies were great, but very difficult to cook the eggs and bacon without a non-stick frying pan. I enjoyed the peace of the location. Very close to wineries. It was great having a spa bath and fireplace. Nice touch.
Disliked: The lighting wasn't that great and the shower head kept dripping, even after turning the taps off very tightly.

A secluded, rustic escape with...
Liked: Stayed for three nights with our 7 and 9 year old grandsons. They had a ball. Enjoyed tennis and golf, bocce, lots of open space surrounded by bush. Boys devoured the supplied breakfast cereals and we enjoyed the bacon and eggs. Beds were comfortable and quality sheets and towels were appreciated. Cottage is rustic and quirky but comfortable. Kitchen was basic but had everything we needed although we did bring a sandwich toaster. We loved the serenity and sitting on the veranda enjoying the sunset with a glass of Hunter Valley wine was most relaxing. Communication with owners before and during our stay was excellent.
Disliked: All good and as expected from advertising photos and reviews. Yes perhaps in need of some maintenance however value for money.

A bush cottage with some...
Liked: The provisions for self-cater breakfast were handy and more than adequate; bacon and eggs, juice, coffee, cereals, bread spreads and milk. The location was very convenient to Lovedale and Pokolbin area.
Disliked: First impressions when we arrived made us think we may have made a mistake booking this accommodation. The lounge chairs on the front verandah made it look very wanting. However, after entering the cottage these were soon forgotten. The steps were a bit difficult to navigate as there was no railings.

Very enjoyable.
Liked: Breakfast was great. Position to the wineries was great. It was easy to get to. Also in a very quiet area.
Disliked: Shower hot water pipe would bang if you didn't turn it on very far.
