Confirmed reservation but no rooms...

Liked: Never had the chance to see the facilities because we were told upon arrival that no rooms were available even though I had a hard copy of our confirmed reservation in hand.
Disliked: Everything. See answer above.

Very poor

Liked: Leaving.
Disliked: No towels, bath mat,soap, shampoo, etc. No dead bolts. Outer door not sealed, daylight visible. Baseboard heaters rusted and falling apart..

Thankful for the air

Liked: Location
Disliked: There was a lack of supplies. Eg: soap, toilet paper, towels. Computer was unlocked and no one at the front.

Can't recommend

Liked: Easy to access, affordable
Disliked: No soap or complete towel sets. Unhelpful staff. Dated and dingy. Shower drain had huge clog. Front entrance not secure.

The little things that count

Liked: I was up to work on art and writing. The room was clean and cozy. It had just what I needed for my weekend stay. The staff was accommodating. They were pleasant to visit with and helpful with any necessities I needed. No matter the time. Morning, mid day and late in the night. They didn't disturb me at any time as I had requested on the app. The location wasn't bad either. The laundry mat is within walking distance as well as restaurants and other shops and gas stations. Even though it was located next to the main road, it was still quiet at night. I live in the country so quiet at night is something I do enjoy. The overall stay was very enjoyable. (Also enjoyed the lighting. For someone who has seizures and issues with certain types of lights, they were soft on the eyes). Also outside is lit up so you can see outside your room. Truly enjoyed the experience.
Disliked: I didn't like the disrespectful guests that would come in. Not much I didn't like. The place could use a little TLC, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

Hotel Closed, not in Operation.

Liked: Nothing. The hotel was closed. I could not get a room.
Disliked: Everything. I booked in good faith through Booking.com, and they did not know the hotel was no longer in operation. I requested a refund from them and have not received it.
