Liked: Nothing showed up and guy came outside that didn't even work for them referring messages for the lady who worked there showed up at midnight to be told they overbooked and we don't have a place to stay so stayed in the truck in -12 degree weather this place should be closed down it's disgusting and we didn't even make it inside

Liked: Mouse crap on the bed. Mice ran across floor manager tried to reimburse me but booking.com refused to comply and work with the property. They were in the middle of remodel and winter was coming old building. They were also over booked by booking.com without clarifying with property management. This screw up is on booking.com. They tried to be nice and grant 27.00 off my $200+. Might as well kick me in the teeth.

I want a refund!

Disliked: Forced to book thru Booking.com, then they called to say their check in service was down and could put us in another of their hotels. It was located in a town we had already passed thru, and was physically located in a horrible neighborhood across the street from a strip bar.

Had to find last minute...

Pleasant

Liked: I had a place to sleep. This location was closed so I was moved to the Love location in Hurley WI. Thankful they could accommodate me.Room was clean and I slept comfortably.Walking distance for dinner.
Disliked: TV didn't work- turned on but no local stations. Only channel was ROKU. Anything I chose to watch said it was no longer available.Small room, no table, one chair other than bed to sit on. Floors sag, outside doorhandle was loose - door has been broken and repaired. Needs to be replaced. This is a 1950's era facility that needs a lot of work.

This place really sucked

Liked: They did not offer breakfast, it was a total sham.
Disliked: The hotel was closed and I had to go to another place which was noisey and surrounded by stripperes,
