Liked: The staff were lovely and service amazing. Great wifi and located in a friendly beautiful town. The rooms were comfy and well appointed. So happy we stayed here and will come back and recommend to others.
Disliked: Everything was excellent.

Great hotel but left disappointed...

Disliked: I was there for the highland cross, a key component of which is fuelling and to be told there would no breakfast really wasn’t acceptable. That could have finished someone’s race. All we expect is a continental so to not have that provided was very disappointing. I’m just thankful of the local shop otherwise my race on a very hot day could have been very different. I think when most of your guests are there for an event like this you really need to be better prepared. We need breakfast and we need it early. Even last year we had to convince you to provide breakfast early.

Liked: We have always loved this hotel it’s steeped in family history and was always a great place to stay … how ever, read below!
Disliked: The property has always been our favourite in Beauly, however over the past visit this was way lowered in standards. First day no issues and very helpful.Today, breakfast, already paid for was not fully available until 9am, no cook available, took 10 minutes to locate any staff. Toast and cereal available, Coffs and tea were stone cold, the young man performing all the duties was clearly poorly trained if trained at all? £48 for four breakfasts (full English) and on the second day unavailable, I asked for a refund was given £12! What an overall let down!

Disliked: Mattress a springs a little to hard but non the less slept well shower drain off was very slow so found yourself standing in a pool of water but shower was hot and clean
