Liked: My family booked this hotel for my disabled sister as a suprise for her 40th birthday. My sister had the best time, really enjoyed the hotel and had 2 great night sleeps. She said the staff were really accommodating and made she sure was comfortable with everything.

Excellent central location, great value...

Liked: Staff were absolutely great - warm, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Price is incredible for the location.
Disliked: The property is run down though they’ve clearly done some renovations and I imagine more are on the way? Rooms and corridors smell stuffy.

Liked: Staffs in counter are very friendly and helpful no matter daytime or night shift. Thank you.
Disliked: House keeping seems not flexible, one day we were still in the room and she wanted clean the room, we asked for 10 more minutes later, she seems not happy and speaks French which we don’t understand but help her to clean the garbage can and replaced the towel that been used for 3 days already.
