Liked: Beautiful property in the heart of the city and a short taxi ride to the train station. Extremely safe with very spacious rooms and very tasteful modern accommodations.
Disliked: Like most places, the air conditioner did not get as cold as we would like, but it was fine

This Property has Outstanding Staff

Liked: We are big fans of Four Seasons hotels because of the excellent service. Louis Hotel has service on par with Four Seasons. The kitchen and bar wait staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The same can be said for the front desk staff. The food was also excellent. This hotel is special. We would go back again and again.
