Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent The rooms are clean and comfortable It’s a little pricey but I will definitely come back to the hotel when I visit Munich

Liked: Right in heart of best part of city. Beautiful place. Spacious and very nice ! Would definately return. I actually had to change plans beyond refundable date and they generously let me cancel a different date and removed the cancellation fee.
Disliked: Nothing really not to like

Very disappointed, unhelpful staff, terrible...

Liked: Nice room
Disliked: Air conditioning was broken (during a heatwave!), staff did not make any attempts to help the situation, other guests were given fans but I was not, staff were rude. Restaurant was closed and could not be used by guests but no advanced warning was given. Overall very disappointing experience and terrible value for money.

Disliked: A bit of a rabbit warren to get to the room. Can't be helped but it was interesting finding the room.
