Relaxing break in beautiful part...

Liked: Beautiful building in a lovely setting with very well cared for grounds and surroundings. Concierge services , especially from Shay , were outstanding. The staff in the dining room were extremely attentive and very prompt at clearing away breakfast dishes as soon as they were used. Gabriel makes lovely omelettes!
Disliked: It probably needs some updating in the bedrooms and housekeeping needs to keep on top of some basics e.g. dusting , cracked sink.

Elegant, luxurious Castle accommodations with...

Liked: Beautiful castle building with well manicured grounds, cozy interior sitting areas with fireplaces, elegant, luxurious, huge room & bathroom. Free bikes to ride around the property & amazing full breakfast, anything you wanted, was included with my booking. The entire staff was amazing, caring & accommodating.
Disliked: My initial room that they gave me was ADA compliant which I did not think that I booked. They told me that it was booked thru Booking.com? I do not need ADA compliant nor did I like the set-up of the room. The staff which was fantastic, eventually moved me to another room after about one hour because the room had to be cleaned and they were fully booked. That was the only drawback to my whole Lough Eske Castle experience & that was NOT the fault of the hotel.
