Disliked: They don't have an ice machine but the gas station next door has ice. For under $1 you can get an xtra large cup of ice

Liked: Quiet.
Disliked: The property is bare minimum, the pool is drained. No ice or vending. Luckily, there was a convenient gas station next door with snacks. My remote control on the TV did not move off the last channel someone had used. The motel is in a remote location, making it more guest friendly would be good for their having return guests.
