Beautiful, restful environment in the...

Liked: The lobby and courtyard and view of St. Patrick’s were exceptional. Staff was really friendly and helpful. It was really quiet and easy to sleep, relax there. The fitness room was very clean and well equipped.
Disliked: I don’t know how thorough room cleaning is because there was a box of Ozempic from a previous guest in our minibar as well as a small suitcase lock just under our bed skirt. Also my elderly mother suggested there be a bath mat or something like it to avoid slipping in tub. The bathroom rug was too big and got caught in door repeatedly.

It is a gorgeous hotel....

Liked: Great location! Beautiful grounds. The bellmen are Fantastic!
Disliked: We reserved 3 rooms and 1 wasn’t ready until 3 hours after the 4pm checkin, the staff seemed to care less about it as well.

i would not recommend anyone...

Disliked: On the first day, the check-in time was too early for us to access our room. However, when we entered, the room had a strong men's cologne scent, which could trigger my son's asthma.We immediately notified the front desk about the smell right after dropping off our luggage. The lady at the front desk promised to clear the fumes by the time we returned so we could rest for the night. Unfortunately, the smell was still present when we got back, so we went to the front desk to request a room change. Thankfully, we were able to move to a different room.On the second day, after returning from sightseeing, we found an unfolded bath towel left on the dresser. Too tired to deal with it, we also noticed an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, resembling urine. Additionally, my bed mattress felt off, making it difficult to get comfortable. I had a restless night and did not sleep well.
