Facilities are good. Staff need...

Liked: Corner suite is very spacious.
Disliked: Staff is lack of training. They couldn’t check us in until 2 hours past check in time (which is 4 pm already!) air conditioning took a whole night to start make heat. They didn’t refill coffee or cream for our room and no one send them after we called and requested. The valet guy after check out just watched us walk out in the rain and loaded luggage es with two young kids without offering help!!

We enjoyed our stay. we...

Liked: The staff were very attentive.
Disliked: Spa facilities. No plastic bag to put your swim wear in. No hairdryer to dry your hair. No slippers.
